Australia Scholarship for 2021

The largest scholarships funded by the Australian government are now available. Applications are invited to offer scholarships for undergraduate or postgraduate study in Australia between 2021 and 22 years. The Australian Awards provide emerging leaders with the opportunity to study, research and develop professionally with the support of the Australian Government. The Australia Awards provide the opportunity to develop individuals' skills, knowledge and networks to drive change and contribute to the development of their own country and region, while maintaining strong links with Australia. These are full scholarships provided by the Australian Government.

The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is funding these Australia 2022 Scholarships. Australia Scholarships provide learning and research opportunities to develop individuals' skills and knowledge to drive change and contribute to the development of their own countries. OASIS Scholarships are now open for the academic year 2021-2022.

The scholarship provides students with the opportunity to study full-time undergraduate or postgraduate courses at participating Australian universities and technical and continuing education (TAFE) institutions. Qualified candidates with the required qualifications may apply for an Australia Award Grant 2021-2022. Details and descriptions are given below.

The Australian Online Awards Scholarships Information System (OASIS) is DFAT's Internet-based data management system. Through DFAT, the DFAT of managing contractors and organizations can access centralized databases, electronically enter and store data, process applications, and manage awards. DFAT provides users with the OASIS user manual and initial training.

2021 Benefits of Australia Scholarships:

Australian scholarships are offered for the minimum period of time required for an individual to complete an academic course (including any preparatory training) specified by an Australian higher education institution. The benefits include

Full tuition

Return economy class air travel

Allowance for one business office

A fortnightly maintenance contribution

Introductory academic course

Overseas Student Health Insurance (OSHC) for the duration of the award

Supplementary Academic Support

Initial Visa Fee

Awarded awards and a master's degree through course research.

The Research Award is awarded to qualified research students.

Eligibility criteria:

To be eligible for the Australian Award, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age on February 1 of the year of admission.

Candidates must be citizens of the participating country (as listed on the Australia Awards website) and must reside and apply for the scholarship in their country of residence.

Interested candidates must not be Australian citizens, have permanent residency in Australia or be applying for a visa to live permanently in Australia.

Australia award candidate in applications, the selection or mobilization stage shall not at any time and have or deserve to Australia or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residence of people get married, engaged or become a reality (note: with the cook islands of New Zealand citizenship, niue and tokelau residents are qualified, but have to apply for a student visa [500]

Serving military personnel are not eligible to apply for the 2022 Australia Awards.

A long term Australian scholarship cannot be awarded unless the recipient has spent twice as much time outside Australia as he or she has spent in Australia (for example, a previous Australian scholarship winner). The scholarship is for four years in Australia and is not eligible to apply for another Australia Award until they have lived outside Australia for eight years;

Meet any specific criteria set by the government of the scheme area or the applicant's country/territory (e.g. a number of years in the appropriate sector);

Must be able to meet the admission requirements of the institution to which the award is being offered (this may mean that the program area will need to withdraw the award offer if the recipient is unable to meet the institution's admission requirements. The district requires placement in selected institutions);

Applicants must be able to meet all the Home Office requirements for holding a student visa. This may mean that the program region will need to withdraw the incentive program if the recipient fails to meet the visa requirements;

They are not allowed to apply for a scholarship whose academic level is lower than the academic level they have already attained (for example, for a master's degree when they have already obtained a doctorate); and

The applicant must inform the Program Region of any contacts or relationships with employees employed in the Program Territory (including locally employed employees for the position) or with the management contractor so that the application can be managed correctly and transparently.

The English language requirements for the Australian Awards Scholarship from 2021 to 2022:

To be eligible for the Australian Scholarship, you must meet a certain level of English proficiency, the results of which will take effect from 1 January 2021. At a minimum, you must have:

IELTS (Academic) with a total score of at least 6.5 and no less than 6.0; or

A minimum score of 84 on the Internet-based TOEFL Test (IBT) and at least 21 on all subtests; or

PTE has an overall academic score of 58 and a communication skills score of at least 50.


Due to the limitations of COVID-19, the validity period of the two year English test will be relaxed in many countries/territories to allow applicants to take an accredited English test before the appropriate time.

Documents required for Australian Award Scholarships 2021-2022

The following documents are required for the OASIS 2021 Australian Award Scholarships,

A certified copy of the official degree diploma, if not in English, with a certified translation of the degree.

A certified copy of the original official academic transcript, and a certified copy of the transcript in a non-English language.

A certified copy of a citizenship document

A certified copy of the original birth certificate and a certified translation in a non-English language

A resume that Outlines your job history and responsibilities

Referee's report: at least one academic referee's report and at least one other referee's report (e.g., the job supervisor). A master's degree applicant for a research or doctoral degree should submit two academic adjudication reports.

A certified copy of the original English test.

For doctoral candidates, there is evidence that the applicant has received principled support from potential supervisors for his or her research topic.

How to Win an Australia Award Grant 2021-2022

It's not that easy to get an Australia Award grant. Your application must stand out from other applicants. An excellent academic record is critical to successful AAS applications. What you need is a good refereeing report from your organization and your job manager. A doctoral degree is required to apply for a master's degree through research. The proposal should include a proposed methodology, schedule, and a brief literature review.

How to apply for an Australia Award Grant 2021-2022:

First, make sure you meet all eligibility requirements

If you would like to apply online, visit the Online Australian Scholarships Information System (OASIS). When you register online, you will need to answer some questions to establish your eligibility. You will then be given a unique registration number, username, and password.
